After logging into the Customer Portal, you will be presented with a Home Dashboard. This page will list all registered properties attached to your user account once you register them. Click the *Add Property* button to register and add your property to your account.
You are able to register a property as either the owner or a tenant. To register a property as an agent, you will have needed to select the agent option during the sign-up process.
All registration requests by owners are approved by Council or the utility. An agent needs approval from the owner to manage a property, and a tenant needs approval from either the owner or the agent. The owner or the agent needs to have signed up and registered the property in order to give the tenant access.
Council and the utility have no authority to approve agents or tenants. The owners must grant access, so please contact them directly for this.
You will find the information needed to register your property on your rates notice. If you do not have a current rates notice, please get in touch with Council's Customer Service Centre.
The information you require from your rates notice includes the property address and your assessment number. Ensure the address for your property is typed as displayed on your rates notice.
Once complete, your request will be sent to Council or the utility for approval, this may take up to two business days and in some cases the utility may contact you to verify your request.
When you return to the home dashboard, you will see your property listed with pending approval. When your registration is approved, you will receive an email from the system. You can then login to view and manage your water consumption.
If you own multiple properties, you can add each of them using this same process. For each property, you will see a brief summary of your recent water use. Click on a property to reveal a detailed view on the property dashboard.
