Learn hands-on techniques for invasive pest control at the FREE Southern Downs Regional Council Invasive Plant and Animal Field Day.
From understanding your biosecurity obligations to effective methods for controlling rabbits, wild dogs, and feral pigs, this event covers essential tools for managing local pest challenges. There will also be live demonstrations of equipment that landowners can hire from Council to tackle pests on their property.
Plus, enjoy a complimentary sausage sizzle while connecting with fellow landholders and pest management experts.

12.00 pm: Darling Downs Moreton Rabbit Board - Impact of rabbits and control methods
12.30pm: Local pest management specialist - Feral pig and wild dog control
