Get ready Southern Downs! Youth Week 2025 is almost here and it’s time to celebrate the energy, creativity and talent of our local legends aged 12 to 25.
Running from Sunday 6 to Saturday 12 April, this year’s Youth Week is packed with exciting opportunities, headlined by the return of WarwickCon—the region’s biggest youth event of the year!
Proudly supported by Southern Downs Regional Council and headspace Warwick, WarwickCon 2025 invites young people and their family and friends to unleash their inner superheroes and pop culture icons.
On Thursday 10 April from 2pm to 6pm, the Warwick Indoor Recreation and Aquatic Centre will transform into a buzzing hub of cosplay with comic-con style stalls, competitions, giveaways, information sessions, music and youth-friendly activities.
Councillor Morwenna Harslett said WarwickCon 2025 is about more than just fun—it's about connection.
"Youth Week is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the energy and potential of our young people," Councillor Harslett said.
"WarwickCon 2025 will be action-packed and Council is proud to team up again with headspace Warwick to support and empower our youth.
"I encourage young people to get involved, meet new people and be proud of the positive difference they make in shaping our region."
