Queensland Health is continuing to take steps to manage the spread of COVID-19 with the establishment of a pop-up drive-in testing centre at Wallangarra.
From 1pm on Monday 3 August the test centre located adjacent to the Wallangarra Driver Reviver Rest Area will be open seven (7) days a week from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
The centre will target travellers and heavy vehicle operators, with the site able to take cars, trucks and vehicles with caravans, without travellers needing to exit their vehicles.
This decision is a Queensland State Government directive.
By maintaining our own safety protocols, working together, and continuing to foster patience and compassion, our community will continue to remain safe and healthy.
